The information provided on this website and through the services is for general business, educational, and strategic decision-support purposes only.
Marco Giorgetti Consulting does not provide:
- legal advice;

Bitcoin-related work is focused on education, business assessment, operational considerations, and strategic decision support.
In particular, and in all cases, Marco Giorgetti Consulting does not take custody of or hold client assets, does not execute or arrange transactions of any kind, and has no authority, discretion, or control over client assets or accounts.
Nothing on this website or in the services should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, invest in, or otherwise transact in Bitcoin or any other asset.
You should consult qualified legal, tax, financial, or regulatory professionals before making decisions in those areas.
3. No guarantee of results
The services are provided with a practical and professional advisory approach.
However, we do not guarantee:
- business growth;
- revenue increase;
- cost reduction;
- successful implementation of tools;
- investment performance;
- regulatory outcomes;
- specific commercial results.
Any roadmap, recommendation, or assessment depends on the information available at the time and on the client’s own decisions, resources, execution, and market conditions.
4. Website content
The content on this website is provided for general information only.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or free from errors.
We may update, remove, or change website content at any time.
5. Booking a call
You may book a free introductory or fit call through the website.
A booked call does not create a client relationship unless and until a separate agreement, proposal, or written confirmation is accepted.
We reserve the right to decline a call or service request if it is not a good fit, outside our scope, or otherwise inappropriate.
6. Paid engagements
Specific paid engagements, including the Initial Advisory Engagement, are governed by the scope, price, timeline, and deliverables agreed in writing.
Unless otherwise agreed, the Initial Advisory Engagement includes:
- assessment workshop;
- opportunity, constraint & risk assessment;
- written 90-day roadmap;
- presentation & decision session.
Additional implementation, training, execution, or advisory work is not included unless agreed separately.
7. Client responsibilities
To provide useful services, we rely on the information provided by the client.
The client is responsible for:
- providing accurate and complete information;
- involving the appropriate decision-makers and team members;
- reviewing deliverables carefully;
- making final business decisions independently;
- obtaining legal, tax, financial, regulatory, or technical advice where needed;
- implementing any recommendations at their own responsibility.
8. Fees and payment
Fees, payment terms, and applicable taxes are defined in the relevant proposal, invoice, or written agreement.
Any fee shown on this website or in downloadable material, including the fixed fee for the Initial Advisory Engagement, refers to the standard scope described there and is indicative. The binding fee is the one stated in the proposal or written agreement accepted by both parties.
Marco Giorgetti Consulting is not registered for Swiss value added tax and does not charge VAT. Fees shown are therefore the full amount payable, with no tax added. Should VAT registration become mandatory, VAT will be applied to fees from that date and this page will be updated first.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are payable according to the payment terms stated on the invoice.
Late payments may result in delayed delivery or suspension of services.
9. Cancellations and rescheduling
Free fit calls may be rescheduled or cancelled with reasonable notice.
For paid engagements, cancellation and rescheduling terms are defined in the relevant proposal or written agreement.
If no specific cancellation terms are agreed, we reserve the right to charge for work already performed, time reserved, and costs incurred.
10. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all materials, frameworks, templates, methodologies, website content, and advisory materials created by Marco Giorgetti Consulting remain the intellectual property of Marco Giorgetti Consulting.
Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the deliverables internally for their own business purposes.
Clients may not resell, publish, sublicense, or redistribute deliverables without prior written permission.
11. Confidentiality
We treat client information shared during advisory work as confidential, unless it is already public, independently known, or disclosure is required by law.
The client also agrees not to disclose confidential materials, methods, or non-public information received from Marco Giorgetti Consulting without prior written permission.
Additional confidentiality terms may be included in a separate agreement where needed.
12. Personal data in the course of an engagement
Where we process personal data on the client’s behalf in the course of an engagement — for example personal data contained in documents, systems, or datasets the client shares with us — the client is the controller and Marco Giorgetti Consulting acts as processor. In that case a separate data processing agreement governs the processing, and it prevails over these Terms on that subject.
We process such data only on the client’s documented instructions, for the purposes of the engagement, and we disclose the subprocessors involved on request. The client remains responsible for having a lawful basis to share the data with us and for minimising what is shared.
How we handle personal data collected through this website — as controller, which is a different role — is described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Use of AI tools in delivery
We use AI tools in our own working process — for research, drafting, analysis and software work. The deliverables remain our professional work: every recommendation is reviewed, judged and stands behind our own name.
Client material is entered into third-party AI services only with the client’s agreement. Without that agreement we work with such material only in tools that do not send it to a third party. Where the client agrees, we say which category of tool is involved, and we name the specific services on request.
A client may withdraw that agreement at any time, for an engagement as a whole or for particular material, without affecting the scope or the fee.
14. Third-party tools and links
This website may link to third-party websites or tools.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of third-party websites or services.
Use of third-party tools may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Marco Giorgetti Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or reputation.
Our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
16. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including technical failures, internet outages, natural events, strikes, regulatory changes, or other circumstances outside our control.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The updated version will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
Continued use of the website or services after changes are published means that you accept the updated Terms.
18. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law, unless mandatory consumer protection or data protection rules provide otherwise.
The courts of Lugano, Ticino, Switzerland shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
